Summary:
As a Business and Integration Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive integration strategies that connect various endpoints and manage data flow to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire project life-cycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing operations. The professional collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth execution of projects, continuously monitoring and refining processes to support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration frameworks that support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture principles and best practices within the oil and gas sector.
- Experience in designing and managing data flow and endpoint integration strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with project life-cycle management including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
