What would you do? This role requires experience in Planning & delivering trainings , client point-of-contact relationships, and transition targets like error-free, on-time go-lives . The professional will safeguard operational quality by strictly adhering to process Desktop Procedures, performing root cause analysis (RCA) on errors, and maintaining updated documentation (DTPs). Key leadership expectations include evaluating team process knowledge, leading training interventions, and driving continuous improvement ideas.
What are we looking for? We require a person who possesses extensive experience Strategic Finance, Business Parterning in managing annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning cycles aligned with business objectives, Variance Analysis and Reporting. The person will working in Learning & Development team will help building training framework and manage learning interventions.
Roles and Responsibilities: Curate Training curriculum for the respective Domain as per scope of work, Manage, coach, and evaluate resource competency, performance, conduct trainings and continuous pulse checks. Knowledge Management & Knowledge retention, conduct regular process knowledge assessments, bridge knowledge gaps, and ensure standard operating procedures (DTPs) are continually updated.
