About the Role 

As A Credit Controller You Will assess and advise on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and approve credit applications within established guidelines.

• Liaise with corporate customers and other departments to resolve credit issues.

• Negotiate payment terms on overdue accounts.

• Perform routine assignments in an entry-level professional role.

• Connect with clients via calls and emails for regular support.

• Minimize financial risk by assessing and advising on customer creditworthiness.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.

• Credibility and negotiation skills for customer interactions.

• Support the sales organization in debt collection matters.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
