Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain and improve existing software systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and system reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with data processing and transformation techniques to support software development.
- Ability to work with various data sources and integrate analytics into custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues within software applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
