- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within utility and energy sectors.
