Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be producing business requirements to inform future state design, supporting teams in understanding the requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy. In the course of your work, we ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Support the identification of team priorities based upon feedback from the customers, key stakeholders and the team.
- Should have analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies with Working knowledge of HTML and Basic understanding of APIs.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of banking systems and third-party services also Familiarity with UK banking domain concepts and operational processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Should Capture, validate and document business and system requirements and making sure that they re in line with key strategic principles.
- Should Interact with customers, key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs.
- Analysing existing system documentation to summarise existing system functionality as it relates to the work at hand.
- Good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Core Banking.
- Need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
