What would you do? Handle end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) operations. Process vendor invoices accurately and within timelines. Manage PO and non-PO invoices. Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors in Spanish and English. Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines. Support payment processing and query resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Work on ERP platforms such as SAP/Oracle. Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a Spanish-speaking PTP (Procure to Pay) professional to manage end-to-end accounts payable and procurement support activities. The candidate should possess strong communication skills in Spanish and English, along with hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
