Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure to support seamless software delivery. The role includes setting up automated pipelines that enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, while ensuring the security and reliability of these systems. Collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities. The position requires proactive monitoring and enhancement of cloud environments and container orchestration platforms to optimize performance and safeguard against potential vulnerabilities, fostering a robust and efficient development ecosystem.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in DevOps processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
