Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing, JavaScript, Selenium.
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and their integration with packaged applications.
- Experience in scripting and developing test cases to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support release management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and compatibility.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
