Your role:

• Manages the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, in alignment with marketing and business objectives and optimizes to enhance digital presence.
• Improves digital consumer experiences for specific channels or across channels, collaborating with stakeholders to implement targeted improvements that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Manages digital commerce initiatives, ensuring that all tasks align with business objectives, KPIs, and timelines, while optimizing for better performance.
• Performs analysis of digital metrics, translating data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and improve digital and ecommerce performance.
• Leads comprehensive data-driven analyses of consumer behavior, test or campaign results, using insights to adjust strategies and to feed into new plans. .
• Prepares and delivers reports on digital marketing and ecommerce performance, offering insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborates effectively with team members and cross functional partners and identifies opportunities to improve processes and ensure efficient execution.
• Stays ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices, and translates to their area of responsibility to maintain a competitive edge and drive business results.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Digital Marketing Agency, E-commerce Platform, Marketing Research, Data Analysis or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
