Location: This is a hybrid in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Trivandrum and Pune.

About the role 

1. End-User Device Support 

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, and other client devices. 

Diagnose hardware faults (RAM, storage, motherboard) and replace/repair components 

2. Operating Systems & Software 

Strong proficiency with Windows OS (10/11), and preferably macOS/Linux environments. 

Install, update, patch, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications 

3. Printer & Peripheral Support 

Support and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripherals — including network and local printing issues, driver installation, and jam/queue resolution 

4. Network & Connectivity Troubleshooting 

Basic networking skills: LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, VPN configurations, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP basics. 

Work with networking devices and collaborate with network teams for advanced issues. 

5. Firewall & Security Tools 

Understand common firewall and endpoint security tools (e.g., Cisco, antivirus suites). 

Assist with basic firewall rule issues and connectivity blocks, and collaborate with security teams if needed 

6. Active Directory & Account Management 

Manage user accounts, passwords, groups, policies, and access rights via Active Directory or equivalent identity systems. 

Unlock/reset passwords and provision accounts as part of onboarding/offboarding. 

7. Ticketing Systems & Documentation 

Use ticketing tools like ServiceNow to log, update, and close support requests. 

Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly for knowledge base use. 

8. Third-Party Software & Tools 

Install, configure, and uninstall third-party applications (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace, Cisco, Mimecast). 

Support updates, licensing, and integration issues related to those tools. 

  

9. Remote Support & Imaging 

Provide assistance via remote support tools (Screen Connect, Remote Desktop, Teams). 

Perform system imaging/re-imaging and standard desktop provisioning. 

10. Asset Management & Preventive Maintenance 

Track and maintain hardware inventory, software licenses, and end-of-life technology refresh planning. 

Perform preventive tasks: patch management, antivirus scans, system updates.
