What will you do?

• Install and configure complex system field devices using standard tools and methodologies
• Perform commissioning activities ensuring systems are fully operational and meet required standards
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Respond to and manage basic warranty service calls
• Coordinate with JCI teams, contractors, and customers to provide updates on project progress and issues
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality and compliance standards

What we look for?

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in system installation, commissioning, or field services
• Knowledge of standard configuration and commissioning tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently at customer sites
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
