Job Summary:

In this role, you will support the accuracy and reliability of equipment forecasting data across multiple projects. You will work within a detailed asset tracking system to enter, review, and cross‑check equipment information. This position emphasizes attention to detail, thoughtful analysis, and a proactive approach to identifying and helping resolve data gaps or inconsistencies

Major Responsibilities:

• Timely update of equipment forecast in the Equipment Management System and Forecast application for all projects.
• Review and update equipment forecast data during the life of projects. Ensuring accuracy of the inputs and correctly entering them in the Equipment Management System and Forecast application for all projects.
• Communicate with project teams on seeking inputs, resolving discrepancies and updating when actions have been completed.
• Assist with gathering project inputs and using established tools and processes to update equipment forecasts efficiently, including making broad adjustments and creating updated forecast versions as needed.
• Review information in equipment management system and other tools to identify discrepancies and get them resolved timely.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in process documentation.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to use existing equipment in inventory before renting or purchasing new equipment from third parties.
• Perform ad hoc analytics as required 

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in project controls, data coordination, procurement tracking, or a similarly detail-intensive role.
• Prior exposure to construction, engineering, or manufacturing project environments preferred

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced Excel proficiency — formulas, filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation.
• Knowledge of AI tools to perform research and analysis
• Attention to detail with the discipline to self-audit work through multiple verification passes.
• Analytical judgment to recognize incomplete data, make a reasoned best-guess, and flag it appropriately.
• Clear, confident communication — comfortable reaching out to project teams to obtain, verify, or challenge data.
