We are looking for a Senior Adobe Campaign Classic Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (v7 & v8) and experience in v7 to v8 migration projects. The role involves designing, migrating, optimizing, and supporting large-scale marketing automation platforms for KPMG’s enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support Adobe Campaign Classic v7 to v8 migration initiatives
• Analyze existing v7 implementations and redesign them for v8 Postgres and Snowflake architecture
• Implement and manage campaign workflows, deliveries, and automations
• Rebuild and optimize schemas, workflows, typologies, and deliveries post-migration
• Handle data migration, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning
• Work on FDA/FFDA configurations and data models in v8
• Manage mid-sourcing setup and delivery routing in v8
• Perform audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization
• Develop and customize email templates, landing pages, and web forms
• Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Write and optimize SQL queries for targeting, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards
• Collaborate with KPMG consulting, business, and client teams

Mandatory Skills
• Adobe Campaign Classic v7 and v8
• Strong experience in v7 to v8 migration projects
• Knowledge of Hybrid Architecture, FDA, FFDA
• JavaScript (ECMAScript) in ACC
• HTML and CSS for email development
• SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• REST and SOAP API integrations
• Campaign workflows, deliveries, typologies, and targeting
• Data migration and reconciliation
• Performance optimization and troubleshooting

• Adobe Campaign Certification
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integration knowledge
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) exposure
• Java or Python
• Experience in large-scale enterprise CRM implementations
