Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and carousels) across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
● Assist in building and executing monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns and business goals.
● Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely, on-brand manner.
● Track and analyse key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
● Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
● Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to ensure the brand stays relevant and ahead of the curve.
● Support influencer outreach and community-building initiatives.
● Assist in running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and reporting on their performance.
● Brainstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas during team meetings.
● Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all social channels.
