Job Description

Key Responsibilities of E Commerce Sr. Executive / E Commerce Team Leader :-


  1. Manage end-to-end E Commerce Operations (Website, Marketplaces, and Apps)
  2. Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords)
  3. Monitor and improve conversion rates, traffic, and sales performance
  4. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (PPC, email, social media)
  5. Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams for website updates
  6. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
  7. Manage Inventory, Pricing, and Promotional Strategies
  8. Ensure smooth order processing, returns, and customer satisfaction
  9. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices
  10. Handle marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) including ads and compliance
  11. Website Queries & Sales Handling
  12. Product Publishing on Flipkart & Amazon
  13. Brand Approvals on Flipkart & Amazon
  14. New Product Identification
  15. Order Processing on Flipkart & Amazon Platforms
  16. Team Handling of 10 -12 Executive Level Manpower
  17. Internal Coordination with other Departments
