Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, leveraging topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration logic across business scenarios.
- Integrate Copilot agents with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and external systems using connectors, APIs, and custom actions
- Implement LLM‑driven workflows using Azure OpenAI, grounding AI responses with enterprise data via Dataverse, SharePoint, Graph, or APIs.
- Build event‑driven and rule‑based automations combining Copilot, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions where required.
- Define and enforce agent governance including security roles, environment strategy, data boundaries, prompt safety, and Responsible AI controls.
- Optimize agent accuracy and performance through prompt engineering, conversation design, telemetry analysis, and continuous feedback‑based improvements.
- Collaborate with functional users, architects, and business stakeholders to translate process pain points into AI and automation solutions.
- Document solution architecture, agent flows, integrations, and operational runbooks for support and audit readiness
