Role Purpose

Responsible for Manual credit decisioning of applications moving to dedupe  queue

 Role Accountability 

1. Implement Credit Guidelines while processing applications 
2. Maintain requisite levels of quality scores
3. Maintain portfolio quality & other defined SLA 
4. Decisioning of applications within defined TAT
5. Timely closure of errors highlighted by monitoring team 
6. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence

Measures of Success 

1. Accuracy %
2. FTE/NFTE productivity
3. Voice of Customer
4. No adverse observations in internal/external audits
5. Process adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Knowledge of Origination process/tools
2. Understanding of credit policy framework
