This role will work support advanced analytics initiatives and contributes to data-driven decision-making across business functions and client engagements. This role is highly hands-on and focuses on executing analytics solutions, developing insights, and supporting scalable reporting and visualization using modern analytics tools. The position works closely with Analytics Lead, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate data into actionable insights.

• Data Analytics Delivery & Execution
  • Execute descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions within defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Perform data exploration, validation, and analysis to support business decision-making.
    Apply statistical methods, automation, and basic AI/ML techniques to solve recurring and structured business problems.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytics outputs and reports.
• Reporting, Visualization & Insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • Support enhancement of self-service analytics by creating reusable datasets, measures, and standardized views.
  • Present insights clearly through creative yet business-friendly visualizations and narratives.
• Data Management & Technology Enablement
  • Work with structured/unstructured datasets across multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.\Support integration of data pipelines and reporting layers in collaboration with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Utilize SQL, Python/R, and cloud-based analytics environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) for analysis and automation.
  • Follow established data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Quality, Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Adhere to defined analytics SLAs, documentation standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and process efficiencies.
  • Share best practices, reusable assets, and learnings across the analytics team.
• Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into analytical deliverables.
  • Support Analytics Leads in defining analytical approaches, milestones, and impact metrics.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to data requests and ad-hoc analyses.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, working knowledge of Python or data analysis and automation.
• Experience working with cloud-based data or analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, dashboards, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively through clear visualizations and written summaries.
  Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential data.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
