Role Summary

The Junior Recruiter will support KPMG’s Talent Acquisition team in executing end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level roles. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with KPMG’s recruitment policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Assist in end-to-end hiring for assigned roles across business functions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and talent databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
  • Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and bulk hiring needs
Interview Coordination
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders
  • Prepare interview panels with candidate profiles and interview details
  • Follow up on interview feedback and update recruitment status promptly
Candidate Experience
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Share timely updates, interview feedback, and offer details
  • Ensure a professional and inclusive hiring experience aligned with KPMG values
Offer & Documentation Support
  • Assist in offer rollout, background verification coordination, and joining formalities
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete as per compliance standards
  • Track offer acceptances, withdrawals, and joining status
Reporting & MIS
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS updates
  • Prepare basic hiring reports and dashboards
  • Support audits and internal reporting requirements
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and onboarding teams
  • Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives when required
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (internships included)
  • Exposure to professional services or consulting environments preferred
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
