You’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan for your region/country as well as the responsibility of executing marketing campaigns and strategies in the field, with the goal of promoting the brand, generating leads, and driving conversion for sales. The role requires the ability to work closely with stakeholders at country/regional and global teams.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plan for Australia and India as well as the responsibility of executing marketing campaigns for the region, with the goal of promoting the brand, generating leads, and driving conversion for sales. The role requires the ability to work closely with stakeholders at a country/regional level and global teams.
The following are some of the key responsibilities and duties of the job:
1. Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns: Work with stakeholders across sales, product, partnership and marketing to develop a marketing plan for Australia & India utilising marketing research, customer insights and market segment developments to build effective marketing strategies.
2. Cross Functional team collaboration: Collaborate closely with other functional teams, locally and globally, to define & deliver your marketing plan.
- Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and Partnership teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and marketing-driven campaigns and promotion strategies
3. To work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that are tailored to country/region. This could involve creating promotional materials, planning events or activations, and coordinating with local partners.
4. Market Insights: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective campaigns and includes the ability to analyze data to gain insights into customer behaviour, market dynamics, and other factors that can influence marketing strategies.
5. Building relationships with vendors and local partners: To work closely with vendors, organizations, and other partners to build brand awareness and customer/prospect engagements. This could involve organizing joint promotions or events, co-branding initiatives, or other collaborations.
6. Managing events and on ground execution: Responsible for planning and executing events and activations, such as product launches, roundtables, workshops, webinars and trade shows. This involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly.
7. Tracking and analyzing campaign results: use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaign performance and identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to execution approach. Ensure that post campaign and post event reports are completed in a timely manner and progress of leads to close/won is monitored, working closely with sales to drive conversion.
8. Reporting to management: Responsible for reporting on the success of country and regional marketing campaigns to marketing leader, Australia & India Sales leader and senior management teams, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Overall, a successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and a strong understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics. You must also be able to work independently with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
