Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing activities, manages defect resolution, and ensures that key performance metrics are defined and tracked to continuously improve the testing process and overall product quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a constant to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies that incorporate quality processes and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of test execution management and defect tracking techniques.
- Ability to define and monitor key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness and product quality.
- Familiarity with integrating testing processes within complex application ecosystems to support accelerated delivery.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with overall project goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
