Job Responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For

A detail‑oriented and proactive professional with 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting, eager to grow in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. If Excel is your comfort zone and working with invoices excites you — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata platforms with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Process grant payments through Accounts Payable and reconcile funding with global project teams.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, A/P, A/R, and contracts teams to maintain a holistic view of project finances.
• Review and interpret Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payments follow contractual terms.
• Perform Excel-based grant tracking, cost entries, and invoice reviews.
• Support forecasting, financial analysis, sponsor invoicing, and invoice discrepancy follow‑ups.
• Ensure accurate coding of third‑party invoices and prepare financial reports for audits, compliance, and stakeholders.
• Assist with internal/external audits and help train junior team members on standard procedures.

Primary Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial data handling
• Experience with invoice processing and data reconciliation
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

Open to candidates from any relevant discipline:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance / BA / BBA (any domain with strong financial aptitude)

Preferred Industry Background

• Finance or accounting-related roles
• Experience in payment processing or financial operations is a plus
