Job Description & Summary: Manages day-to-day resourcing operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Collaborates with delivery and HR teams to meet business requirements through proactive resource planning and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end allocation of employees to projects based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Conduct regular utilization reviews and bench management activities.
- Monitor RM metrics and provide analytical insights for decision-making.
- Support project managers in addressing resource conflicts and shortfalls.
- Drive capacity planning and reallocation to meet client delivery timelines.
- Prepare detailed MIS and business reports (utilization, availability, variance).
- Collaborate across departments for workforce forecasting and hiring needs.
- Identify minor process gaps and suggest improvements.
Core Skills:
- Advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas).
- Good understanding of RM lifecycle and project staffing processes.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
Performance Indicators:
- Utilization %, bench optimization, and resourcing accuracy.
- Quality and insightfulness of RM reports.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and timely project staffing.
- Efficiency in resolving resource conflicts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 3–5 years Associate, 5-7 Sr. Associate
- Education: Master’s degree in HR, Operations, Business Analytics, or an equivalent discipline.
- Primary Focus: Resource allocation, stakeholder management, analytical reporting
