Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced ABAP with strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development and proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to drive successful SAP solutions. 

Responsibilities 

•  ABAP developers across multiple SAP modules. 

• Oversee end-to-end technical development in SAP implementation and support projects. 

• Design, develop, and optimize custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW). 

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization. 

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. 

• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet deadlines. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems. 

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and post-go-live support. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits). 

• Expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation projects (minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations). 

• Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, or others. 

• Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori integration. 

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Exposure to S/4HANA and modern SAP technologies. 

• Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies. 

• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
