Job Description & Summary

A career within compliances projects, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage contract and compliance to enhance their customer experiences,

*Responsibilities: 

Role

Lead and manage large engagements of domestic compliance projects with limited supervision. Support in new client acquisition and business development. Thought leadership on global emerging trends.

Skill set

Extensive experience (7 + years) of handling / managing compliances projects. Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews Robust project handling skills

Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances.

*Mandatory skill sets 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

*Preferred skill sets

*Years of experience required 

5-7 yrs. exp

*Education Qualification  

Law graduate is must, additional qualification of Company Secretary and/ or any other compliance certification would be preferred.
