Job Description

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Gurugram for an Associate in the MD’s Office at a growing industrial paints and coatings manufacturing business. The group is also engaged in the manufacturing of cycle tyres, tubes, and two-wheeler / three-wheeler tyres & tubes under the brand name Yokostonne.


The Associate will work closely with the Managing Director and assist in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating across departments, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research to support strategic initiatives, managing schedules, and ensuring follow-through across various business functions.


The role offers hands-on exposure across business operations, coordination, projects, reporting, and leadership-level execution, and is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
