3D Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to develop high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural and interior projects. The candidate should be skilled in creating realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals that help clients understand design concepts effectively.

Create 3D models and realistic renderings for interior and architectural projects.

Develop concept visuals, mood renders, and presentation views.

Prepare walkthrough animations and presentation videos.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and execution teams.

Understand project drawings, layouts, materials, and design specifications.

Apply lighting, textures, furniture, and décor elements in visualizations.

Modify designs based on client feedback and management requirements.

Maintain project timelines and deliver visualization outputs on schedule.

Assist in presentation preparation for client meetings.

Ensure high-quality output and attention to detail in all renderings.

• Strong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer
• Lumion / Enscape / D5
• Photoshop
• Good understanding of interior materials, lighting, and color combinations.
• Creative visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
