Responsibilities: 

 

 

SAP EAM Implementation & Support 

• Lead or support SAP EAM module implementations including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live. 

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP EAM functionalities. 

Functional Expertise 

• Configure and manage key SAP EAM components: 

• Plant Maintenance (PM) 

• Equipment and Functional Location Management 

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance 

• Work Order Management 

• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling 

• Breakdown and Notification Handling 

• Refurbishment and Calibration processes 

Integration & Collaboration 

• Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, QM) for seamless integration. 

• Work with business stakeholders to understand asset management needs and translate them into SAP solutions. 

Process Optimization 

• Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices. 

• Support digital transformation initiatives including mobile maintenance, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance. 

Documentation & Training 

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals. 

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintenance teams. 

Compliance & Reporting 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 

• Develop and maintain reports and KPIs related to asset performance and maintenance efficiency. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM module. 

• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes. 

• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. 

• Familiarity with integration points with MM, FI, and other modules. 

• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
