Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate specializing in Commercial Due Diligence to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position within the Infrastructure sector, providing a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to perform under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Commercial Due Diligence for projects within the Infrastructure sector.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive landscapes, and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities in potential investments or partnerships.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are submitted within agreed timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the infrastructure domain.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Commercial Due Diligence or related fields.
  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in conducting data-driven analyses and providing actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role, requiring full-time commitment and the ability to collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
