Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the alignment of company goals with overall business objectives. 

• Oversee business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures. 

• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote company advancement and profitability. 

• Drive organizational transformation and innovation to adapt to market trends and opportunities. 

• Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision. 

• Lead high-level negotiations and form strategic partnerships to enhance business growth. 

• Monitor company performance, ensuring that consistent improvement objectives are met. 

• Report to the Board of Directors and keep them informed of organizational activities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions. 

• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. 

• Experience in international business operations.
