Job Description & Summary:
We are looking for Full Stack Developers and Full Stack Leads to build rapid prototypes and MVPs for business ideas using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools. The role focuses on accelerating idea-to-prototype cycles, building scalable web applications, and enabling fast hypothesis validation.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance full stack applications for rapid prototyping and MVP use cases; build responsive frontend applications using Angular and/or React; develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to support product features and integrations; work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to convert ideas into working prototypes quickly; leverage AWS and modern engineering practices to enable fast and efficient development; for lead roles, guide technical design, mentor developers, and drive delivery quality and speed.
Mandatory skill sets:
Strong hands-on coding experience across frontend and backend technologies; experience in full stack development; strong expertise in Angular and React; experience building and integrating APIs; strong understanding of microservices architecture; experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS; ability to work in fast-paced prototype/MVP-driven environments.
Preferred skill sets:
Experience with AI-assisted / agentic coding tools such as Claude Code; exposure to rapid experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development; travel or aviation domain experience.
