We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative tasks related to property management, ensuring efficient communication, payments to landlord  and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Lease Management:
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations and quarterly reporting
- Ensure all lease documentation is accurate and up-to-date and properly labeled
- Collaborate with P&FS leads / legal teams to address any lease-related issues.
2. Financial Management:
- Assist with rent payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.   - Prepare financial reports related to property performance.

3. Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay informed about local property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure properties comply with safety, health, and building codes.

4. Administrative Support:
- Maintain property records, including landlord information, maintenance logs, and financial documents.
- Prepare and distribute property-related communications to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing business cases, budgets and forecasting expenses.

5. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience for at least 5 years).
- Proven experience in property management or related administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of property administration, leasing practices, and real estate regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
