You will serve as the primary contact for all technical service issues, ensuring client satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and resolution of complex systems.

What you will do:

As a Service Engineer, you will work on servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will conduct proactive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical expertise to clients. Your role will require effective communication with clients to inform them about service progress and recommendations for system improvements.
