Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.

Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.

 

Job Description

Intern-Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

Particulars

Lead Prioritization

Efficiently manage and prioritize filtered sales leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.

Customer Engagement

Build strong relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Needs Assessment

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points. (Virtual /Physical Site Visit System Sizing)

Solution Offering

Offer appropriate products or services that meet customer needs, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.

Objection Handling

Address customer concerns and objections effectively to move leads through the sales pipeline.

Sales conversion

Lead handing over to business team. (Process to be Finalized-Bidding Process or Something Else)

Coordination with Business

Schedule and conduct follow-up communications with business team to ensure the conversion from sales funnel to order.

Data Management

Maintain records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and sales performance.

Continuous improvement

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
