Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related field

Basic understanding of project management concepts (scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables)

Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word (Excel basics such as data entry, formulas, and formatting preferred)

Exposure to or interest in Project Management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) is an added advantage

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow instructions

Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail

Ability to manage tasks within defined timelines

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist the PMO team in tracking project plans, timelines, and milestones

Support in updating project status reports, dashboards, and trackers

Coordinate and document Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and action items

Help in maintaining project documentation such as plans, schedules, and reports

Follow up with stakeholders for task updates and data inputs

Support data analysis and preparation of presentations for internal reviews

Ensure adherence to project governance processes and templates

Assist in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating them appropriately

Perform administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the PMO lead
