Job Overview:
The Technology Manager/Associate Director position for the KDN India Delivery Center will
support the day-to-day technology services provided by KGSM, KPMG India, and third-party
service providers. This role is key in ensuring that the KDN team in India operates efficiently
and securely. Responsibilities include end-user support, application support, laptop
support, and IT security for the India technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and Coordination:
• Assist the Technology Lead (Director) in the KDN India Delivery Center, supporting
alignment with KDN's global strategy and objectives.
• Act as a point-of-contact for service providers, including KGSM, KPMG India, and
third-party vendors, to facilitate high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with KDN’s global technology teams to help implement and maintain
technology standards and best practices.
Service Management:
• Provide first-line support for end-user support services, ensuring timely and
effective resolution of technical issues.
• Work with application support providers to maintain the availability and
performance of critical business applications.
• Coordinate with laptop support services to meet the needs of the KDN team in
India.
• Assist IT security teams in implementing measures to protect the technology
environments in India from threats and vulnerabilities.
Assistance with Strategic Planning:
• Support the implementation of technology strategies directed by the Technology
Lead (Director) to meet the business objectives of the KDN India Delivery Center.
• Help identify opportunities for technology improvements and innovations to
enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Operational Support:
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of technology services to
ensure they meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and
efficiency of technology services.
• Ensure compliance with KPMG's global IT policies and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with key stakeholders, including KDN leadership, business unit leaders, and
service providers, to understand their needs and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on technology
initiatives and service performance.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with KPMG’s technology platforms and services.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in India.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT support or coordination, with a focus on service delivery.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of IT support services, application support, laptop support, and IT
security principles.
