Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the Legal and Company Secretarial (CS) functions. The internship will provide hands-on experience in corporate legal matters, statutory compliance, contract review, and corporate governance. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support:
Conduct legal research on various corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Support in preparing legal summaries, trackers, and presentations.
Help maintain legal databases and documents management systems.
Assist in reviewing and organizing contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Company Secretarial Support:
Assist in preparation of agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board and Committee meetings.
Support in maintenance of statutory registers and compliance checklists.
Help with filings under the Companies Act, 2013 (e.g., e-forms, ROC filings).
Assist in CSR compliance documentation and secretarial reporting.
Assist in FEMA compliances under RBI.
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing CS (Executive or Professional level) and/or pursuing LLB (3-year or 5-year course).
Good academic background and interest in corporate law and governance.
Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and basic legal principles.
Key Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and research skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
Attention to detail.
