Job Description

Manager

The Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable results. Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Experience & Marketing program, this role manages a team dedicated to digital campaign execution, website publishing, analytics, SEO, platform UAT, email marketing, social media and work pipeline management. The Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver optimal outcomes.

Roles & responsibilities

qLead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media channels.
qOversee website publishing using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards for kpmg.com website
qOversee campaign and event management to maximize marketing effectiveness, including coordination of virtual and in-person events.
qDevelop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement.
qSupervise analytics and reporting activities, delivering actionable insights and regular performance reports to leadership.
qEnsure data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs and recommending improvements for marketing initiatives.
qCoordinate with creative, communications, and product teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
qEnsure regular updates, governance checkpoints, and adherence to the QA framework across the team.
 

  Team Leadership

qManage and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
qFoster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
qSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts within the digital marketing team.
qProvide overall people leadership oversight for the digital marketing team ensuring high engagement, role clarity, and healthy team dynamics.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

qManage stakeholder expectations for BAU operations and delivery commitments, ensuring transparent communication and proactive risk escalation.
qMaintain active engagement with senior leads/members for strategic guidance, dependency alignment, and decision-making support.
qEnsure service continuity, clarity of priorities, and adherence to operational SLAs/OLAs.
qAct as a primary point of contact for external partners and vendors supporting digital marketing activities.
qGather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance and Operational Hygiene

qEnsure individual and team utilization health through proactive planning and load balancing.
qMaintain 100% adherence to compliance protocols within the team
qEnsure disciplined adherence to governance practices across BAU and project delivery.

Educational qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 

Work experience

q10+ years of experience for a postgraduate and an additional 3 years of experience for graduates in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management, website publishing, and analytics.
qHands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, social media, analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
qStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven results.
qExcellent communication skills, capable of translating marketing strategies and analytics into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
qDemonstrated ability to manage and develop team members in a collaborative environment.
qHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
