Manager, Change Management

Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world.

About this role: 

The role is part of the Global Sales & Services Technology Team. The Manager, Change Management will assess people impacts and lead change management when territory process, technology, or strategy changes. Reporting to the Director of Change Management, you will work closely with leaders and business partners to design and deliver engaging communications, manage complex projects, and ensure that change initiatives are successfully adopted by our global Sales teams.

What you will do:

  • Change Leadership: Create and drive project and change management strategies for territory process, technology, and strategy changes, including managing parts of the annual year-end process.

  • Communication Development: Create engaging communications and collateral such as presentations, emails, guides, and videos to clearly convey key messages and drive change adoption.

  • Project Coordination: Partner with multiple stakeholder groups to manage project scope, monitor progress, address risks, and ensure milestones are met.

  • Advocacy & Feedback: Champion the Sales experience by collaborating with Sales leaders, driving advisory networks, and managing focus groups to ensuring their needs are reflected in all change management efforts.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in operations, communications or sales roles 

  • Self-Starter with a Team Mindset: You are highly motivated and thrive working independently but also know that the best results come from strong collaboration. You build relationships easily and lead through teamwork, helping others succeed along the way.

  • Adaptable and Results-Driven: You can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines. You know how to keep projects moving forward, even when things get busy.

  • Skilled Communicator and Connector: You communicate clearly and confidently, whether you’re presenting to leadership or working with colleagues across the business and IT. You tailor your message for any audience and bring people together to achieve common goals.

  • Technically Proficient and Curious: You are an expert with Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint and bring solid project management skills to every initiative. You are eager to learn, bringing creativity and curiosity to everything you do.
