Manager KDN COO office

Project Management & Reporting

Support with the development of KDN-wide governance and reporting from various business areas ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely data collection to support routine reporting cycles. Track and monitor improvements to governance and reporting processes. Generate standardized project reports and dashboards for internal and senior management use.

Data Quality Assurance

Conduct light QA checks on operational data to validate accuracy and completeness. Identify anomalies or missing information and follow up with data providers to resolve discrepancies. Ensure data integrity across reporting cycles and maintain audit-ready accuracy.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration

Gather inputs and materials from various teams and subject matter experts across the business. Gain exposure to KDN’s management team and collaborate extensively to drive best practice across our different teams, functions, and geographies.

Educational qualifications

Qualifications: MBA/Master’s degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or equivalent Post-Graduation

Work experience

8–10 years in operations, reporting, project coordination, or business analysis roles.
