Procurement Manager - HR Services & Global Sourcing

KDN Procurement is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support Global Sourcing and Vendor Management for HR Services. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities across HR-related categories (and other categories as well), ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance governance, and compliance with KDN procurement policies.

The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver strategic sourcing outcomes, support operational continuity, and strengthen supplier governance across regions.

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for HR Services categories such as recruitment services, executive search, learning & development, job portals, background verification, employee benefits, and leasing services
• Drive RFPs/RFXs, commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, and vendor empanelment in line with business needs
• Manage and strengthen supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, renewals, and SLA/KPI governance
• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, Data Protection) to ensure contractual and policy compliance prior to contract execution
• Support supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and TCO initiatives
• Ensure timely processing and approvals of procurement documentation including PRs, POs, and contracts through approved systems
• Act as a procurement point-of-contact for internal stakeholders and provide advisory support on sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure audit-ready documentation

• MBA in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Procurement or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

 

Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Global Sourcing & Procurement, with strong exposure to HR Services procurement
• Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, negotiations, and contract renewals
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance, governance, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with procurement systems such as Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing engagements independently in a fast-paced environment
