- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, customization, and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience managing software release processes and ensuring quality and stability of deployments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Familiarity with vendor management and aligning technical solutions with business constraints.
