This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to support program delivery.
- Ability to analyze and interpret service level agreements to ensure compliance and performance.
- Experience in coordinating with diverse teams to drive project objectives and resolve challenges.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies within program and project environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
