About your team

Investment Management brings together Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset, Private Assets, Research, Product, and Trading as one group, to deliver innovative investment solutions for our clients. Investment Analytics Technology comprise of Performance, Risk and Attribution products supporting the generation of Investment Analytics for FIL client (both internal and external)

                                                                              

About your role

The is the role for an experienced project manager who should understand the overall architecture, is able to understand the systems involved and the integration points etc. The candidate will be required to work closely with the Development team and ensure smooth project delivery. Candidate should have worked on complex projects and programs in past to add value to the overall team

About you

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and track project backlog, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Develop Implementation plan, including timelines and milestones
• Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to agile principles and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery of project components, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Manage release schedules and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and status.
• Analyse project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, applying lessons learned in future projects.
• Should have experience working on ETL, integrations, devops tools (Github, Jenkins)
• Should have delivered technical projects in cloud, Data or AI.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Agile Project Manager, preferably SAFe certified
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
