QA Manual

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Document and track defects using issue tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in a web or mobile application environment.Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Familiarity with issue tracking tools such asJira or Bugzilla. one programming language is preferred java, python etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software products. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
