Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Good to have skills : Selenium, Core Banking, Java

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including overseeing test execution and defect resolution, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to align with industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Core Banking, Java, Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking, Java, Selenium.
- Strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Gurugram client office, its mandate to work 3 days/week from office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
