It’s a great fit for someone who blends instructional design know-how with visual flair and a genuine passion for user experience.

Qualifications

• A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia, or a similar field
• 5-8 years of experience designing eLearning or digital learning content
• Confidence using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, Vyond, Canva, or similar
• Strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction, with the ability to apply these frameworks to real-world training need.
• Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and digital environments. Experienced in leveraging learning analytics to measure content effectiveness, interpret learner behavior, and refine learning solutions for better performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing travel‑related learning content, including destination modules, process flows for travel operations, and immersive scenario‑based learning. Recognized for innovation, attention to detail, and transforming SME input into engaging and visually rich learning experiences.
• Collaborative, deadline‑oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful learning journeys that blend creativity with data‑driven insights.
• Experience with gamification, storyboarding, and visual storytelling
• Clear communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working with different teams and time zones
• Experience working with an LMS and understanding SCORM/Xapi
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Synthesia, Guide AI, Elucidat
• Video editing or animation skills (Camtasia, etc.)
• Background working in global or BPO environments is a plus

Job Location- Gurgaon (WFO Only)

Shift- 4:30pm to 3:30am (rotational shift)
