Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system stability and performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain seamless operations. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, where challenges are met with effective solutions to support critical business functions and minimize disruptions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to security event monitoring and incident response.
- Experience with log management, threat detection, and security incident analysis.
- Ability to work with various security tools and technologies to support enterprise security infrastructure.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex software and system issues within critical business environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
