Roles & responsibilities
·Strong understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings, and support analysis to generate actionable business insights
·Apply accounting knowledge, including journal entries and their impact on the P&L and balance sheet, to ensure accurate financial reporting
·Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of general ledgers and intercompany accounts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
·Prepare and review financial reports with variance analysis, highlighting key movements and supporting informed decision-making
·Support end-to-end execution of financial projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved
·Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives in reporting to enhance efficiency and consistency
·Manage day-to-day interactions with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery aligned with business expectations
·Support resolution of escalations related to offshore delivery by coordinating with onshore stakeholders and ensuring proper follow-up and documentation

Work experience
·Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation
·Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI,SQL, Alteryx, VBA will be an added advantage
·Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating new roles effectively from US Geo
·10+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A.
·Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
·Provide real-time support to US stakeholders, starting at 3 PM IST, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
